To start you'll need an account here, and be logged in.
Once you have your account setup, start by creating a forum topic describing your event. If possible this should happen a few weeks before the event.
Once your event is posted we'll check it out and make any changed that are needed.
Your event will be added to our calendar, and we'll start working on a newsletter to send out to our email list.

At the VT office we will be opening our new permanent studio and production facility, I signed the papers yesterday. Studio control room, two live rooms and storage and production facility. Full acomodations for mutiple day/week sessions(similar to our Syracuse facility), and best of all a light like at Swathmore college studio B that switchs on and says "Recording do not enter". We will be switching to virtualization of record distribution(like http://degicank.googlepages.com/planet22-happybears) in conjuction with self serve record store kiosks:
For the virtual party Record company launch degicank 10 year reflection see what degimedians are doing in your area or set up a party at your location. Come prepared to share how one of our (State College turn of the century+wooden village+Uno+Raves+Jambandstuff) degicank goals have been met. ie: 50 states in 50 days, pirate stage, USA tours, landing motherships, etc.
I'm thinking back to the original event and I realize the party is on 9/8/9 leading up to midnight and the breakfast is on 9/9/9.
Operation breakfast - party with bonding experiences strong enough to result in a breakfast party the next day.
We have two descisions to make then about the virtual party 9/9/9
1. Should vidcast be 11:45 pm EST 9/8/9 or at 9:09pm EST 9/9/9 or other?
2. Should we virtually party on ustream or dimdim or something else?
As usual whoever reads this will be the descision makers... please post here or at top on survey... stand by for survey...
